I am a certified and process oriented manager who values clear planning, steady communication, and early attention to risk, so that teams stay aligned and clients always know where a project stands. I enjoy working closely with people from different backgrounds and time zones, and I take pride in providing a calm and dependable delivery experience. More recently, I have brought artificial intelligence into the way I plan, document, and deliver work, which allows my teams to move faster while keeping quality high.

My Process

How I take a project from first idea to final delivery

This is my own way of working, built over more than eight years and 20+ projects. It keeps things simple and clear, and it helps me deliver faster and with fewer surprises.

Step 1

Understand first

I get clear on what you really need and what a good result looks like, before any work starts.

Step 2

Plan in small steps

I break the work into small, clear pieces, each with an owner and a date, and set a realistic timeline and budget.

Step 3

Keep it moving

Short, regular check-ins keep the team unblocked and everyone updated, so the work never quietly drifts.

Step 4

Check as we go

I test the work early and often and compare it to the plan, so problems are caught while they are still small.

Step 5

Deliver calmly

I plan the release well ahead of time, involve you throughout, and look back at what we can do even better next time.

Through every step: clear communication with everyone involved, and spotting risks early. That is what keeps a project calm and on time.

Based on my own experience delivering real projects.
